Cancellation And Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • Perishable items such as fresh produce or refrigerated goods are not eligible for return.

Return Initiation

  • Customers must initiate the return process within 1 day of receiving the product.

Return Process

  • Once the return is approved, customers will receive instructions on how to return the product.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund or Replacement

  • Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and notify the customer of the status of the return.
  • If the return is approved, customers may choose between a refund or a replacement product.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 to 4 business days after the return is approved.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Products

Cancellations

Exchange Policy
